Anger

Anger is a normal human emotion, but when you’re angry, do you find you escalate conflicts more quickly than you used to? Do you feel like your anger has reached a level where it feels deeply unmanageable and has started to affect the ones you love most?

You are not meant to walk this alone. We provide therapy especially tailored to support individuals who, like you, may be struggling with anger. You are not weak for needing support. In fact, anger management therapy has proven to be incredibly effective for all types of individuals:

  • violent offenders

  • people who display bullying behaviours

  • people affected by behavioural changes associated with a traumatic brain injury

  • people who experience behavioural changes associated with post-traumatic stress

  • people experiencing substance dependency or undergoing recovery

  • people with cognitive or mental health issues that make it difficult to regulate anger

Anger issues aren’t uncommon, and the first step toward change is admitting the problem. Learning to stop isn’t as simple as some may think, but together we can develop a supportive plan tailored exclusively to you.

We offer free 15-minute phone consultations so you can learn more about us and see if one of our therapists might be a good match for you!
