When work no longer feels like the right fit
Do you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure about what comes next in your career?
Maybe you're considering a career change, returning to work, navigating job loss, or simply wondering if your current path still fits.
Career questions can affect much more than work. They can bring up questions about identity, confidence, values, relationships, and what you want your life to look like.
Career counselling gives you space to slow down, reflect, and explore what comes next.
Putting the pieces together
Finding the right direction isn't always about choosing one perfect career.
It can be about understanding the different pieces that matter to you:
Values: What matters most to you?
Strengths: What are you good at and/or what skills do you want to use most at work?
Interests: What draws your attention and energy?
Needs: What kind of work environment helps you thrive?
Possibilities: What paths, opportunities, or changes could you explore?
Together, these pieces can help you see your options more clearly.
Sometimes the next step is a career change. Sometimes it's finding a better fit within your current path. And sometimes, there are personal or emotional barriers that need attention before you're ready to make a change.
You don't have to figure it out alone
A counsellor can offer a support space to pause, reflect and explore what may be getting in the way or what you might want to move forward.
